As Authorised Distributors for several of the world’s leading names in belt technology we offer solutions for every application. Our belt stock covers many industries and has been grown on the back of customer demand and industry specific requirements.
Our core belt range is supplied via either Challenge PT or Optibelt with both having vast experience in all belting styles.
The ribbed belt combines the high flexibility of flat belts with the high performance of V-belts. The V-shaped parallel ribs are made from a wear-resistant rubber compound. The high strength tension cord is designed for the many applications of the ribbed belt. It is embedded in a rubber adhesive mixture and covers the entire width of the ribbed belt. Fibre reinforced, wear- resistant rubber compounds ensure quiet operation,oil and heat resistance and a long belt life.

PJ - Rib Pitch 2.34mm
PK - Rib Pitch 3.56mm
PL - Rib Pitch 4.70mm
PM - Ribb Pitch 9.40mm
All above codes can be supplied with Rib numbers of at least 46.
To designate the belt you require we require; number of ribs, section letters and effective length in mm. For example, 24PM3000.
